Glad midsommar! It’s the summer solstice this weekend in the Northern Hemisphere, which means the midsommar celebrations are in full swing in Sweden. All the best bits of Sweden get packed into the (all too short) summer - but I’ve learned over the years to soak up every moment, eat every juicy strawberry, and enjoy every scrap of sunshine while it’s here. This year we’re hosting at the cabin, with friends visiting for a summer sleepover — we’re planning to grill, forage for berries in the forest, laze about reading, and do a little arts and crafts; basically an adult summer camp!
