Travel in Colour, Florence

A long weekend in Florence full of art, pastries, espresso and of course, colour! I always find it so interesting to look back through my camera roll after a break like this and see what the recurring colours are - this particular trip was full of bright pinks and tomato reds, from gallery walls and staircases to photobooths and panini-shop lettering. The most surprising discovery was stumbling across - literally - the exact same marble as my coffee table at home, in the entryway to a gelato store. I’m not sure what it signifies… perhaps a sign from the universe that gelato is always a good choice?!
